We are looking for a Banking Lawyer to join the international legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting corporate structures and licensing projects, and collaborating directly with senior stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-moving fintech and crypto environment, this position will give you exposure to international legal work at the highest level.

• Manage day-to-day legal support for corporate setups in Estonia, UK, Cyprus, UAE, and other jurisdictions.
• Lead and support licensing processes across multiple regions.
• Draft, review, and maintain legal and corporate documentation.
• Act as the key legal contact point for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulators and top law firms worldwide.
• Participate in building the banking infrastructure, including outreach and onboarding with banks.
• Actively engage with banks and/or exchanges to support operational and legal processes.

• 5+ years of proven legal experience.
• Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience in international companies (consulting + in-house preferred).
• Strong background in corporate setups and financial licensing.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and regulatory standards (IOSCO).
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset with interest in fintech/crypto.
