Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead day-to-day bar operations while remaining a hands-on member of the team. This role is hourly, participates in the shared tip pool, and includes approximately 10 hours per week of administrative and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and supervise bar staff during service Set standards for hospitality, drink quality, speed, and cleanliness Oversee bar prep, inventory, ordering, and cost controls Create and maintain bar systems, recipes, and service procedures Handle scheduling support, onboarding, and performance feedback Complete ~10 hours/week of administrative work outside of service Collaborate with management on menu development and operations

Qualifications: Proven bartending experience with leadership or supervisory background Strong organizational, communication, and training skills Ability to balance hands-on service with administrative duties Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation: Hourly wage + participation in the shared tip pool
