We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where your experience is valued and you can continue building a long-term career.


What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers
  • Build lasting customer relationships through professional and honest service
  • Complete invoices, equipment documentation, service reports, and other job-related paperwork accurately
  • Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and assigned inventory
  • Follow company procedures and industry safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, office staff, customers, and other technicians
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development


What We’re Looking For

  • At least three years of HVAC service experience
  • Maryland HVAC Journeyman license
  • Experience diagnosing and servicing light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system problems
  • Strong customer-service and communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to commute to Rosedale, Maryland
