Job Overview:

Labor Finders of Augusta is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. • Receive and process shipments: Unload products from delivery trucks, verify quantities and quality, and store items in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders: Accurately pick items based on customer orders and pack them securely for shipping.
• Inventory management: Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records of products in the warehouse.
• General warehouse tasks: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following established guidelines and procedures.
• Loading and unloading trucks: Load products onto outgoing trucks or containers, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.
• Operate warehouse equipment: Depending on the role, you may operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintain safety standards: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and ensuring safe handling of products.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items 50lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (depending on the role).
