Role OverviewWe are hiring 10 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for one of our client, leading provider of pediatric therapy services. In this role, you will deliver home-and-clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays. You will design individualized treatment plans, supervise therapists, collaborate with families and teams, and make a meaningful impact on children’s lives. This position suits you if you are a certified BCBA passionate about evidence-based therapy, enjoy combining direct clinical work with supervision and leadership, and value a flexible schedule with strong work-life balance.
