Warehouse Worker Team Lead
Job DescriptionWe are hiring immediately for a highly motivated warehouse worker as a Team Lead at our distribution facility. A Day in The Life of a Lead AssociateAs a Lead Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

Education & ExperienceHigh school degree or equivalent required
3 years of warehouse operations experience required
1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar
Forklift experience
Skills & RequirementsBasic problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Basic computer skills preferred
Compensation Details$20.61 - $25.76 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
