Our team is systems-driven, client-focused, and committed to helping our clients navigate a complex immigration process. We serve a large Spanish-speaking client base and take pride in providing clear communication, professionalism, and compassionate guidance throughout the legal process. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Immigration Paralegal. While experience is preferred, we are open to training those with no experience but with the right foundation, mindset, and work ethic to succeed. This is ideal for someone who is: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Self-motivated and proactive * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment * Skilled in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds * Professional and confident in both client-facing and court-related settings If you are someone who takes ownership of your work, learns quickly, and values professionalism, we will train you in our systems. Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (lot of client interaction) * Conduct case preparation, follow-ups, and case updates with professionalism and empathy * Assist in preparing immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation * Maintain organized and accurate case files using firm systems * Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression * Support attorneys with case preparation, including court-related matters * Manage high-volume client communication while maintaining quality and consistency Required Qualifications * Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and time management * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment * Professional demeanor, especially in sensitive client and court settings * Strong sense of accountability and follow-through Preferred (Not Required) * Experience in customer service, legal support, or client-facing roles * Interest in immigration law or legal services * Experience working with diverse or immigrant communities Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunities for advancement and skill development * PTO, paid federal holidays, 401(k), and health insurance Why This Role Stands Out This is not just a job—it's an opportunity to build a career in immigration law with a firm that values our work.
