Angels Care & Learning Center is hiring Bilingual Preschool / Pre-K Teachers (Spanish/English) to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.We are an inclusive early childhood education center in Austin, TX, offering competitive pay ($16-$21/hr), a sign-on bonus after 90 days (based on performance), paid time off, and education reimbursement for CDA or early childhood certifications. Duties

What You'll Do:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool and Pre-K children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and track children's developmental progress
• Build strong relationships with parents to support learning at home
• Foster positive behavior, social skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development workshops

Requirements

• Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English
• Texas EC-6 Teacher Certification (Early Childhood-Grade 6) OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education OR
• Bachelor's Degree in any field plus:
• CDA credential, Montessori certification, or 12+ ECE credits OR
• 8 years of teaching in a NAEYC-accredited program OR
• 3+ ECE credits and current CDA/ECE program enrollment

Nice To Haves

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
