Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor
Location: Lakeland, FL & Surrounding Areas
Type: Full-Time, Salary Position
Schedule: Flexible, Clinic, Community-Based and Telehealth
Start Date: Immediate Opening

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BCBA Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure insurance compliance
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs (minimum 5% of hours)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Ensure ethical compliance with BACB guidelines

Supervision & Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Conduct team meetings and staff training
  • Support caregiver training and family collaboration
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and case reviews

Administrative

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Complete insurance reports and authorizations
  • Attend required meetings and professional development

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum: 27 billable hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible hours
  • Caseload: Manageable client assignment with growth potential
  • Quality: Maintain 95%+ treatment integrity and data accuracy

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $79,000 - $92,000

Base Salary: $70,000 - $83,000
Productivity Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Preferred 2 years experience as a BCBA
  • Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Preferred Florida Medicaid Credentialed (not necessary)

Preferred:

  • 3+ years BCBA experience
  • Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6)
  • Training in AFLS and VB-MAPP
