Description

We are looking for a dedicated Business Manager to join a growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounting functions while supporting organizational operations. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial management and leadership to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with organizational standards.

• Handle payroll processing and resolve related discrepancies.

• Maintain the fixed asset ledger and ensure proper documentation.

• Utilize Blackbaud software to streamline accounting and financial operations.

• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster growth and attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders, addressing inquiries as needed.

Requirements• Proficiency in managing journal entries and maintaining accuracy.• Solid experience working with general ledger accounting processes.• Strong skills in performing bank and account reconciliations.• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.• Familiarity with payroll procedures and systems.• Experience managing fixed asset ledgers.• Competence in using Blackbaud software for accounting tasks.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
