YA FIT Pilates is growing, and we’re looking for instructors who care deeply about quality movement, clear cueing, and client experience.
Our Tarzana studio offers modern Reformer Pilates in a thoughtfully designed, community driven environment. YA FIT Pilates also operates a studio in Agoura Hills, creating opportunities for instructors to teach at one location or both, depending on availability and fit.

* Certified Reformer Pilates instructors
* Instructors experienced in classic, modern, or athletic Pilates

*What You’ll Do*
* Teach group Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions
* Deliver safe, effective, and thoughtfully structured classes
* Demonstrate strong cueing, class flow, and client awareness
* Create a welcoming, professional, and inclusive studio environment
* Build genuine relationships with clients and support long term retention
* Uphold YA FIT class standards, structure, and brand values
