Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation * Allocate resources for assigned projects * Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors * Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients * Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications * Enforce quality control to the clients expectations * Maintain project schedule throughout varying circumstances and conditions * Must be willing to travel Qualifications: * Previous experience in construction management or other related fields * Restaurant construction experience preferred * Familiarity with construction management software * Strong leadership qualities * Deadline and detail-oriented * Must be willing to travel * Must be familiar in all aspects of ground up, remodel and tenant fit out construction * Must be familiar in site work and utility work Company Description Belisle Construction, Inc is a nationwide General Contracting company in Crest Hill, IL.
