In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality liquid livestock feed by operating equipment, supporting day-to-day production, and keeping the facility running safely and efficiently. No direct feed mill experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training!
This position offers standard hours 8-5pm, onsite training, forklift certifications, competitive pay & benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of the largest cooperative in the U.S. Sold mostly in bulk, our feed mill is a key component in the formulation of the highest quality liquid ingredients and all the essentials to improve health, performance and production. ResponsibilitiesCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
