Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Call Center Specialist to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Edison Office, not remote. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and providing excellent customer service to support the needs of patients and providers. We are looking for candidates that are motivated, compassionate and are looking to advance their career in a community that is always growing.
Job Title: Call Center Representative
Pay Rate: $18-20/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
