Exceed Offers:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) or secure one prior to the commencement of employment and comply with current Medicare billing requirements.
Current DEA Registration is required for schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5, along with appropriate state-issued prescribing authority.
Board certified or board eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
Extensive experience or strong interest in Cardiac and Cardiothoracic ICU medicine.
Comfortable or willing to learn procedures such as ECMO cannulation, RP Flex Impella placement, and TEE.
Willingness to become independent in ECMO management and cannulation.
Eligible for medical licensure in Texas.
Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, affable demeanor with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
