Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes. * Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and enforces safety regulations. Maintains accurate and secure medical records, following prescribed processes for documentation. * Demonstrates cross-functional abilities and leadership skills within the cardiovascular team.
