Our small kitchen crew is looking to add new members to our team.

Working Environment: We are a from-scratch kitchen. We work closely with farms and ranchers in order to build our menu and try to implement as many zero-waste solutions as possible. Our menu changes often, which requires flexibility and creativity. We are a small team of passionate individuals that all work together. We demand respect for your teammates and respect for the space. We have an open kitchen and encourage our cooks to engage with guests and service. Our kitchen features a live-fire grill where a majority of our menu is cooked. We focus on learning and teaching and hope to prepare you for what is next in your culinary career.

Chleo is open for dinner service Tues-Sat. (Sundays and Mondays off, always.) Most shifts start at 2PM.
Our cooks are scheduled full time at 4 days a week, part time also negotiable. We offer paid vacation and time off. Daily staff meal. Discounted restaurant dining. Option to join our group health insurance plan and Roth IRA program.
