We are a small, growing speech therapy private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to children and families. Our mission is to help children thrive by supporting their communication, development, and functional independence. We are now looking to expand our services by welcoming a passionate and skilled COTA to our team.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed COTA to provide pediatric OT services in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to working with children and families in a private practice setting. You’ll work closely with our speech-language pathologists to create integrative treatment plans and help children achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, and self-help needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
  • Collaborate with SLPs and other professionals to provide coordinated care
  • Communicate regularly with families, providing education and progress updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow practice protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, professional culture

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state licensure and NBCOT certification
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (clinic, school, or EI settings preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Experience in a private practice or outpatient pediatric setting
  • Training in sensory integration, feeding therapy, or handwriting
