Executive Chef – Spanish / Basque Cuisine

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a Spanish-Basque restaurant in New York City. This role is for a strong culinary leader with excellent organizational skills, a deep respect for quality ingredients, and the ability to manage kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food, consistency, and service.

The Executive Chef will oversee menu execution and development, manage kitchen staff, control food and labor costs, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure a smooth, efficient service. The ideal candidate is passionate about Spanish and Basque cuisine, confident in leading a team, and committed to creating a professional, disciplined, and inspiring kitchen culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and service execution
