The property boasts incredible mountain views, a 20-acre property with two single-family homes, a 4,000 sqft restaurant building, and plans to build luxury yurts and domes. This is a rare chance to be part of something special, just a 15-minute drive from Palm Desert. Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Ensuring portion control and food quality Utilizing knife skills, grilling, and fryer techniques Managing back of house operations Food handling, preparation, and service quality Required Skills: Experience in food and beverage management ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations Proficiency in cooking, ordering, and merchandising Strong understanding of sanitation and baking techniques Ability to maintain high standards of quality of service and catering Company Information: Sugar Loaf Ranch and Event Center specializes in creating a unique experience for guests in a stunning mountain setting.
