Overview

Civil Engineer - Agriculture role at 4Creeks, Inc. Location options: Clovis, Visalia, San Luis Obispo, or Denver. Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9 hours, Friday 4 hours.

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities

4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer for our Agriculture department to work under the Department Manager. Responsibilities include designing methane digesters for predominantly dairy applications, dairy facility improvements, biodynamic aerobic systems, and wastewater treatment systems. Additional responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of projects and deliverables, site visits, and overall project management. This position will primarily entail office work.

Minimum Qualifications

• The position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed PE in a project management role
• Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer, CA preferred, but not required right away
• The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of processing systems and controls related to water/wastewater
• Ideal engineering experiences include food processing, wastewater, methane digester design, etc.
• Bonus points given to candidates with experience and/or strong technical knowledge of methane digesters (or similar systems)
• Experience using AutoCAD (version 2009 or higher, Civil 3D preferred) is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range is $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr. The salary will be determined by the candidate’s skills and experience level and is highly competitive with industry standards. Benefits include full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for these positions is $90,000-$130,000 annually, dependent on years and level of experience.
