The Filling Technician is responsible for the setup, preparation, and aseptic filling of sterile drug products, including the completion of associated documentation within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow SOPs, batch record instructions, and quality documentation.
• Set up and operate filling, decontamination, and sterilization equipment such as automated and semi-automated fillers, scales/balances, laminar flow hoods, autoclaves, and depyrogenation ovens.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation following cGMP and GDP principles.
• Ensure accountability and traceability of components, ingredients, and finished products.
• Report and make recommendations regarding equipment, facilities, supplies, required repairs, process concerns, safety concerns, and areas for improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Recognize process errors and/or equipment malfunctions and notify supervision accordingly.
• Utilize raw materials with proper aseptic manufacturing techniques.
• Support equipment calibration, utility validation, and PM as needed.
• Clean/disinfect cleanrooms, equipment, and supplies in support of routine production.
• Train team members following certification, as needed.
• Adhere to facility safety policies and procedures and proactively identify unsafe conditions.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of cGMP and GDP principles.
• Team mindset.

• Experience with GMP, production, documentation process, aseptic processing, cleanroom, inspection, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Work in a pharma manufacturing setting within a controlled, cleanroom environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $25.50/hr.
