✍ Short Description:
We are seeking an ClientOnboarding Specialist to lead product training for new and existing clients, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively. This role involves designing and delivering structured onboarding sessions, tracking adoption metrics, and continuously refining training programs based on client feedback. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the training content is up to date and meets the needs of various client personas.
