Position Overview:
As a Client Support Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients throughout the entire project process. This includes assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
- Respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all client needs are met
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent escalation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any changes or delays
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to client projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of construction industry and terminology is preferred but not required
