We are hiring a Clinical Support Staff for our Springfield Outpatient Clinic!

Position Summary:
The Clinical Support Staff at River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC) provides essential secretarial and receptionist support to ensure the smooth daily operations of their assigned site. This role involves scheduling appointments, verifying client information and insurance, managing records, answering calls, and maintaining organized and professional public areas. The Clinical Support Staff works collaboratively with clinical teams, supports administrative tasks and special projects, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and technical skills while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and RVCC policies.

Required:
Education Level - High School Diploma or GED.
Years of Experience - 6 months experience in an administrative and computerized office environment required.
Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Summary of Benefits:
Salary Range: $21- $21.50
Based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications. Additional Compensation for advanced education for qualifying positions.
