Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Behavioral Health Care Manager in Ohio– field-based role). The role would be working for a major healthcare company and has strong career growth potential. This is full time / 40+ hours per week.

MUST RESIDE IN FOLLOWING AREAS: Medina, Cuyahoga, Lake Lorain, Geauga, Lucas, Fulton, Wood, Ottawa, Montgomery, Greene, Clark

Behavioral Health Care Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40-$43/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Behavioral Health Care Manager Highlights

• Field-based role: 50–60% in the field, remaining time working from home on documentation
• Training is mandatory:
• – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Ongoing schedule after training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Behavioral Health Care Manager Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and facilitate complex care management activities for members with primarily physical and behavioral health needs
• Create and manage personalized care plans and provide education to members and their families
• Conduct 5–7 member visits per week in the field
• Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of visits
• Review daily emails, tasks, voicemails, and calendars to address urgent member needs
• Coordinate care to support members in remaining as independent as possible
• Meet turnaround time requirements for processes and complete required trainings on time
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members and leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Required Education: Master’s level Behavioral Health Professional
• Required Licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC
• Experience: 2–4 years of related experience in case management, home health, discharge planning, or behavioral health
• Ability to work independently, manage change, and meet productivity expectations
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related professional experience
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
• Personable, flexible, and an effective communicator
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or team gatherings
