Job DescriptionInterested in helping your community? We are looking for dedicated, driven, individuals who love not only helping people, but helping out communities. We are looking for a Community Coach to become a part of our Community Services program. Experience with community engagement/case management is required. Also experience with job coaching, working with parolees, and housing is preferred.

Requirements:

• All applicants are subjected to a background check
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Case Management: One (1) Year Required
• Work location: In person
• Eight (8) Hour Shift
