Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a Compliance Services Manager to join our team. This role is central to supporting our portfolio of behavioral health treatment centers nationwide with compliance oversight, quality assurance, and accreditation readiness.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct chart audits and ensure accurate, timely reporting • Supervise a team of chart auditors and provide ongoing guidance and support • Manage client compliance accounts, including preparation and follow-up for routine Joint Commission inspections • Monitor incident reports and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution • Provide guidance on quality assurance measures and compliance best practices • Deliver training to staff and clients on compliance, accreditation, and QA processes • Collaborate with treatment centers across multiple time zones to ensure standards are consistently upheld
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or accreditation support.
• Exceptional understanding of Joint Commission standards and the regulatory requirements for behavioral health providers.
• Demonstrated expertise in LOCUS, ASAM criteria, payer guidelines, and utilization review practices.
• Practical experience with Kipu and Sunwave EMR platforms.
• Experience in conducting chart audits and spearheading QA initiatives.
• Proven track record of supervisory experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and client accounts across different time zones.
• Must reside in Florida and be available to work in our Palm Beach Gardens office at least once a week.
