Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a Compliance Services Manager to join our team. This role is central to supporting our portfolio of behavioral health treatment centers nationwide with compliance oversight, quality assurance, and accreditation readiness.

• Conduct chart audits and ensure accurate, timely reporting • Supervise a team of chart auditors and provide ongoing guidance and support • Manage client compliance accounts, including preparation and follow-up for routine Joint Commission inspections • Monitor incident reports and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution • Provide guidance on quality assurance measures and compliance best practices • Deliver training to staff and clients on compliance, accreditation, and QA processes • Collaborate with treatment centers across multiple time zones to ensure standards are consistently upheld

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or accreditation support.

• Exceptional understanding of Joint Commission standards and the regulatory requirements for behavioral health providers.

• Demonstrated expertise in LOCUS, ASAM criteria, payer guidelines, and utilization review practices.

• Practical experience with Kipu and Sunwave EMR platforms.

• Experience in conducting chart audits and spearheading QA initiatives.

• Proven track record of supervisory experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and client accounts across different time zones.

• Must reside in Florida and be available to work in our Palm Beach Gardens office at least once a week.
