Hands on construction superintendent to manage both new home and large scale remodeling. Truck and tools required. Experience a must. Projects range from 20k bath remodels to 1-2mil new home and commercial projects. Minimum 5 years current experience. Drug free work place. Permanent position with insurance, paid holidays and vacation. Company vehicles or vehicle allowance for acceptable candidate's. Must work well with others and customers. Currently employee 8 active superintendents and 28 skilled tradesman with average employment time with our company of 9 years. Typical superintendent is assigned 3-4 skilled trades man and we self perform 100% of all carpentry work. We use local subs for all MEP work and on larger projects sub out flooring, drywall, concrete and painting work and others as needed. Company also has a AWI Premium Millwork shop in house capable of producing any commercial and residential woodwork. Company owns and produces products from its CNC routers (2022 Holzer), Edge banders (2010 Holzer), Bunk Cutters (2015 Holtec), Portable Sawmill (Woodmizer LT 28 2020) on site wood drying kiln, Kubota L Series Tractor (2020) Kubota U 35 mini ex (2022) and Kubota 535 skid steer (2022) amongst some of our tools of the trade.
