How we LEAD:
The Coordinator, Media supports Media department in the execution of media and publicity plans for a roster of artists. They keep the projects organized, on schedule, and within budget – helping deliver standout moments that elevate our artists and brands.
How you'll CREATE:
- Maintain/update publicity database and materials
- Research, clip, and circulate relevant press hits
- Process department invoices, purchase orders, expenses, etc.
- Coordinate travel, calendar management, and scheduling needs for the department
- Assist in booking press days and cover when necessary
- Keep up with relevant industry/entertainment news
- Tour, online, regional print/TV and fanzine press
- Work with artist’s management to schedule and facilitate interviews (in-person and over the phone)
- Pitch writers in local markets to obtain press coverage for artists on tour
- Work occasional projects as assigned
- Write and/or edit press releases, media alerts and biographies
- Assist and work at label and special events including awards shows
- Coordinate servicing of advanced music and press materials
- Handle requests for tickets and photo passes
- Assist in booking artist glam and styling
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
