How we LEAD:

The Coordinator, Media supports Media department in the execution of media and publicity plans for a roster of artists. They keep the projects organized, on schedule, and within budget – helping deliver standout moments that elevate our artists and brands.

How you'll CREATE:

  • Maintain/update publicity database and materials
  • Research, clip, and circulate relevant press hits
  • Process department invoices, purchase orders, expenses, etc.
  • Coordinate travel, calendar management, and scheduling needs for the department
  • Assist in booking press days and cover when necessary
  • Keep up with relevant industry/entertainment news
  • Tour, online, regional print/TV and fanzine press
  • Work with artist’s management to schedule and facilitate interviews (in-person and over the phone)
  • Pitch writers in local markets to obtain press coverage for artists on tour
  • Work occasional projects as assigned
  • Write and/or edit press releases, media alerts and biographies
  • Assist and work at label and special events including awards shows
  • Coordinate servicing of advanced music and press materials
  • Handle requests for tickets and photo passes
  • Assist in booking artist glam and styling
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
