We are actively seeking talented professionals with a demonstrated background in credit limit increase programs for credit cards to help set up a best-in-class function. This role is based in our Washington D.C., New York City, NY, or Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

• Leverage data, technology and customer-back thinking to design initiatives that help us deliver solutions for increasing customers credit limit over time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners from product,operations and engineering to launch new experiences that meet customers credit needs
• Be entrepreneurial and seek information/data to solve complex problems
• Take full ownership of Credit Limit Increase Program to drive the financial and customer outcomes in inherently complex environments
• Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, tailoring content to the audience and ensuring alignment across functions

• Strong quantitative analytical skills
• 7+ years of demonstrated ability building and leading strategies in credit limit increase programs
• Experience in pay over time or personal lending is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SQL / R / Python (Pandas, Scikitlearn etc.)
• Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex programs and focus on key areas of leverage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
