Our Store Associates play a vital role in restaurant/food service operations by providing a hospitable environment and ensuring a satisfactory experience of our guests. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service Understand all in store marketing promotions Store Clerk responsibilities Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance Communicate customer requests to management Reporting to the Assistant Manager and Store Manager Our Associates contribute to outstanding customer service experience Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager Pay and Benefits: Pay: $20/hr+ tips We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment).
