A busy hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.

While in Lubbock, Texas, visit the National Ranching Heritage Center, the Silent Wings Museum, or the McPherson Cellars Winery!

Were working with a facility that uses a care team model with 3 MDs and 7 CRNAs across 14 points of service. Locums will not be responsible for cardiac or pediatric cases, as those are handled by dedicated specialty teams. The team handles a wide variety of casesabout 11,000 annuallyincluding OB (2,200 deliveries/year), GYN, general surgery, ortho, ENT, neuro, urology, endo, major vascular, trauma, plastics, and more. Regional anesthesia is routinely performed with a full range of upper and lower extremity blocks. The EMR is Epic (live since March 2022). Call is typically two per week, including 12 weekends per month and participation in a night float system (7p7a for 7 nights in a row, about 3 weeks per year). OB and first call are in-house due to volume. Credentialing takes about 90 days, with temps available in emergency situations.
