Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Gregory, MN. MN license preferred.

• Shift: 7a-3p. 1 provider stays till 5:30p.
• Types of cases: Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Ortho, ENT.
• Required License: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA.
• Call Schedule: 1-2 days a week/ few weekends open.
• Supervision: All CRNA practice.
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals: Must be proficient.
• Caselogs required: Yes.
• Number of OR's: 4.
• Number of Endo Room: 2.
• Trauma level 3.
• EMR: Epic.
• Credentialing: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license).
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
