*Summary* As a CT Technologist, you will be integral to delivering high-quality medical imaging services. Your role will involve utilizing advanced imaging techniques, while applying your knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. You will also be responsible for ensuring patient safety through aseptic techniques and maintaining compliance with ARRT and CPR certifications. Your effective communication skills will enhance patient interactions, while your familiarity with relevant technologies will support the overall efficiency of our healthcare team. Join us in providing exceptional diagnostic care. *General Job Description:* * Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to comply with government regulations and to ensure safety of patients and staff. * Review and evaluate x-rays, fluoroscopic, CT, and DEXA computer-generated images to help determine if images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes. * Position patient and imaging equipment and adjust controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of examination. * Perform intravenous injections with authorized contrast material * Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan. *Eligible candidates must have*: * Current CPR and Venipuncture license * AART/CRT Certification with Fluoroscopy permit * Strong verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person by Jobble
