Role: Customer Implementation Specialist

This position will own the end‑to‑end customer implementation lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact from proof of value through full deployment. Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end customer implementations, including project kickoff, planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and go‑live readiness
  • Own customer onboarding from contract signing through configuration, go‑live, and adoption for non‑strategic customers
  • Translate customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements into effective platform configurations
  • Configure and provision environments including virtual labs, sandbox templates, networking, virtual machines, roles and permissions, usage controls, and analytics
  • Deliver customer training (virtual and occasional on‑site) to administrators, trainers, and end users on lab creation, management, best practices, and adoption strategies
  • Drive customer adoption and value realization by monitoring usage metrics, user engagement, and providing proactive optimization recommendations
  • Serve as the primary internal customer advocate during implementation, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
  • Document customer requirements, implementation plans, project status updates, training materials, and post‑go‑live outcomes
  • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding processes and platform capabilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining high quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing Customer Success and Account Management teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer‑facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud‑based infrastructure, including virtual machines and networking
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong empathy and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience delivering training to audiences with varying technical expertise
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage and adoption metrics to drive insights
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and customer needs
  • Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid, 3 days per week in downtown Denver office)
