The Customer Relations Associate greets all walk-in customers at Servco Toyota Honolulu and makes them feel comfortable by creating a warm and friendly environment.

The Customer Relations Associate role at Servco Pacific Inc. is a great opportunity to join a team committed to providing valuable mobility solutions.

• Greets and assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership
• Reviews dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports
• Provides customer service, which may include greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documentation of vehicle mileage
• Ensures timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log
• Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls or relays messages to appropriate parties
• Maintains professional appearance of showroom and work area

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience
• Must be able to type 35 wpm
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Dedication to customer service excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
