Job Title: Customer Service Associate Job Location: Puyallup, WA 98372 Job Duration: 6 months contract IMPORTANT- Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (Spanish/English) Part-time hybrid role- Onsite 3 days per week Puyallup, WA Any non-bilingual candidate must be run by the onsite team before submittal Work schedule- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance/performance laptop provided **Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience** **Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls (no selling)
• Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans
• Educates participants about their retirement account and features
• Data Entry and other administrative tasks
• Facilitates problem resolution and document processing
