A leading, non-profit regional health system in Mid-Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a premier orthopedic team. This is a high-volume opportunity offering an ideal blend of clinical autonomy, strong referral patterns, and robust institutional support.

You will step into an established practice with a built-in referral pipeline, including a steady flow of upper extremity and workers compensation cases from occupational health services.

Practice Highlights
  • Balanced Schedule: 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR
  • Dedicated OR Time: Consistent block scheduling available
  • Advanced Surgical Infrastructure:

    • High-end operating microscopes for microvascular, nerve, and vessel repair
    • Comprehensive hand surgery instrument sets (including advanced fixation systems)
  • Experienced Support Team: Skilled OR first assists and access to Certified Hand Therapists through a strong rehabilitation partnership
  • Call Schedule: Join a stable group of 11 surgeons with approximately 4 call days per month (shared general orthopedic and hand call)
