Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a skilled Operating Room Technician (ORT) to provide essential support in a surgical environment. This travel position offers the chance to work closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and maintain sterile conditions throughout procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the circulator and surgeon throughout various surgical cases * Prepare and maintain a sterile field before and during surgery * Monitor surgical instruments and supplies to ensure availability and functionality * Comply with state and federal regulations related to surgical care * Participate in on-call rotations to support surgical procedures as needed Qualifications and Desired Experience: * Proven experience as an Operating Room Technician * Thorough knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation * Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments * Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Location:This role is based in Stowe, Vermont, a charming New England town renowned for its picturesque mountain views, outdoor recreational activities, and vibrant local culture.
