Residential HVAC Service Technician

Up to $34/hr + Spiffs | Take-Home Vehicle

Christian Brothers Mechanical LLC is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Austell, GA. Are you looking for an established, local owned company that values quality work without the pressure to upsell? This role might be for you!

Pay & Schedule
  • $24.50-$34.00 per hour based on experience + spiffs
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Rotating on-call schedule
  • Overtime opportunities during peak seasons
  • Take-home company vehicle provided
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
  • Communicate findings clearly and provide customers with repair and replacement options
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs and system performance
  • Complete quality work while following company procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain a professional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
Preferred Experience
  • Nate Certification (preferred, not required)
