- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including but not limited to automotive repair, suspension, and brake repair.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in diesel engines, tractor-trailers, and other heavy-duty equipment.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, inspect, and repair engine components.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with service technicians and OEM representatives to obtain necessary parts and technical support.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, automotive diagnostics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment for engine repair.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar engines is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed. xkmhxrz
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
