What you'll be doingSet up and operate CNC milling machinesProduce precision hydraulic manifolds according to job specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsSelect and install the appropriate tooling and fixturesMake machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracyUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipmentInspect completed parts for dimensional and visual defectsTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issuesPerform routine machine and tooling maintenanceWork with different materials and adjust machining methods accordinglyFollow production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate production concerns to the Production Lead Machines, tools & systemsThis position involves working with:CNC milling machinesManual machine tools as neededG-code and M-codeCutting tools and workholding fixturesCalipersMicrometersGaugesOther precision inspection equipmentSpecific CNC machine brands, controls, and programming software were not provided.
