Job Family Project & Program Management Discipline Program Management Career Level P4 Salary Range $88,656 - $128,772 Note for Salary This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Job Family Description Project management personnel plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Program management personnel manage programs responsible for the execution of multiple projects or sub-projects. They secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. They manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Discipline Description Program managers are responsible for managing organization activities and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. They perform the tasks and responsibilities associated with ongoing work efforts and oversee multiple related projects or initiatives within the organization. Program managers coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that meet quality standards and drive overall success. Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: The Tritium Program Manager position is a liaison role and is responsible for interfacing and communicating between local and Headquarter Federal personnel and SRNS employees on all details relative to the Program being managed. Program Management is highly relationship-based; thus, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and organization are important. The responsibilities of a Program Manager include, but are not limited to, interfacing with operations and engineering to understand facility scope, developing/tracking SRNS performance milestones; developing presentations and communiques for stakeholders detailing funding requirements, scope and schedule; developing five-year and annual budgets; understanding variances between current year budget vs. actuals; and monthly and annual reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Travel is required. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least ten years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) * Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered * Ability to obtain and maintain a Q clearance. We'd Also Like to See * Classified information Handling qualification. * Experience in Tritium programs. Security Clearance Information SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.
