Job Description

We are looking to add a dental assistant to our growint team!

Ramani Dentistry is a privately owned general and cosmetic dental practice located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We are proud to operate a modern, state-of-the-art facility featuring the latest dental technology including digital x-rays, Trios scanner and pano/CBCT Imaging. Position Type: Full-Time
PositionHours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5pm (Lunch: 12pm-1pm)

Position Summary

The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting our doctor and ensuring an efficient, positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a full range of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and specialty treatments
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to sterilization and infection control protocols
• Capture and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-ray certification required)
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our digital system
• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams to support seamless office operations

Qualifications

• Dental X-ray certification required (Florida)
• Basicclinical dental assisting experience is required; however, we are open to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude (New or upcoming Dental Assisting graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Excellent computer and communication skills required
• Experience with Dentrix software preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain composure in a dynamic environment
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
