Ideal diesel technician candidates will have:
* 3+ years of experience working on Class 8 or Heavy-duty diesel semis
* Be a self-starter
* Able to work both in a team environment or alone.
* It is important that you are able to listen, take directions and be an extra hand when needed.
* You should be able to multitask, solve problems and possess a high attention to detail.
* It is preferred if you have your own tools but it is not necessary.
Diesel Technicians will be responsible for:
* Troubleshooting issues and complete engine work
* Work on and resolve issues with transmissions
* Diesel repair and electrical repair
* Suspension inspections when necessary
* Help out in the shop where you are needed
