Our technicians earn 110–185% of base pay.

Pay & Perks You’ll Actually Want:
  • Earn $30–$55/hour with our performance-based pay scale
  • Estimated annual salary: $82,000–$163,000
  • Full-Time | Shop-Based | Monday – Friday; Rotating Saturday
  • Multi-Brand Repairs | Modern Diagnostic Tools
What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose, repair & maintain diesel and gas vehicles (small trucks to Class 8)
  • Handle DPF diagnostics, emissions repairs, transmission R&R, engine rebuilds
  • Work with Cummins, Isuzu, Allison, Detroit, and more
  • Use advanced diagnostic software and repair tools
  • Keep thorough repair records and collaborate with your service team
Who We’re Looking For:A-Level / Master Tech
  • Advanced Diagnostics & Repair Mastery – Fluent in OEM platforms (Cummins Insite, Detroit DiagnosticLink, Bendix ACom) and electrical schematics
  • ASE Master Certification – Hold or are actively pursuing ASE Master Truck Technician (T1–T8)
  • OEM Certified – Freightliner, Volvo, International, PACCAR, and more
B-Level Tech
  • Solid Technical Foundation – Skilled in air brakes, cooling systems, and basic electrical
  • ASE Certification Progression – Completed or started ASE certifications (T1–T8), or ready to begin
  • OEM Familiarity – Some exposure to OEM platforms and eager to certify
  • Coachability & Drive – Quick to learn, committed to becoming a master of your craft
