Job Description
The Director, Investor Relations, will report to the SVP, Investor Relations and work closely with the C-Suite in a recognized “best in class” investor relations function. As an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, the Director, Investor Relations, partners with the Investor Relations team in proactively framing Visa's story, successes, and opportunities for the global investment community

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD Current or previous experience on an investor relations or corporate finance team at a high-growth payments or broader financial technology company. Understanding of valuation concepts/techniques used by analysts and investors, direct financial planning experience preferred. Strong financial modeling experience with the ability to partner with the company's FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Communications, and Legal functions. Understanding of general principles and regulations related to communicating with the investor/analyst community. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills with the ability to convey company strategy and messaging. Proven oral and written communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations to executive management and Boards. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical acumen. Highly customer-focused with the ability to develop relationships at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 245,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
