Director of EVS – Senior Living Job Summary We are seeking a Director of Environmental Services (EVS) to lead housekeeping operations in a Senior Living environment. This role oversees daily operations, staff leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure a clean, safe, and high-quality experience for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage EVS / housekeeping operations - Oversee department budgets, financials, and cost control - Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and workflow standards - Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards - Supervise and develop Assistant Directors and EVS staff - Coordinate with administration and other departments - Drive resident satisfaction and service quality - Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of healthcare or senior living housekeeping leadership - Experience with budgeting and financial analysis - Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills - Ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Preferred: - Experience in senior living or healthcare support services - Strong business and operational acumen Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision - 401(k) / Retirement Plan - Unlimited PTO + Holidays - Paid Parental Leave - Wellness Programs - Employee Discounts - EAP, FSAs, and more Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $68 - $70 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
