Position SummaryWe are looking for a Director of Software Development & IT to lead the strategic direction of software projects, continue the development of our in-house ERP system, oversee the entire software development lifecycle, and manage the operational infrastructure to align with business objectives. You will operate at both the strategic and hands-on level. You will lead a team, but you will also own the thinking behind the systems they build.
This is not a help desk role, and it is not a passive leadership position. You need to be able to see the entire system, understand how everything interacts, and build something better when it doesn't make sense.
This role is on-site in Dover, NH. Being in the building, seeing problems firsthand, and working directly with teams is critical to doing this job right. You will be immersed in the fun and innovative culture that inspires the Q brand.
